Omarchy's first-year downloads came from opinionated assembly plus doctrine; the kernel was never the product. Crapht OS takes the same path: Arch underneath, our doctrine on top. Nobody boots a distro from scratch for this project. The reasoning lives at docs/vision/crapht-os.md, section 4.
Crapht OS: strong defaults for hard conditions
Curation plus doctrine plus community, standing on Arch. Strong defaults for hard conditions: offline-capable installs, potato PCs as a primary target, power-resilient updates, a local model as the default agent, and every part open to inspection and change. Nobody writes a kernel. Full vision: docs/vision/crapht-os.md in the Crapht repo.
Journal
Phase 0 kickoff. Doctrine written and published as an open problem (see 'crapht-os-doctrine'). Next step: install Omarchy, use it daily, and journal every papercut the African-constraint lens catches. Nothing here ships until it survives a hand-to-hand USB install and a power cut mid-update.
